How do I track my order?
 

 Please contact us if you would like to track an order. Or you can check your order details on our website.  

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

Free delivery on all human hair extensions purchased within UK Mainlands.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Standard free delivery (under £150) takes 2-3 working days. For special delivery such as next day and Saturdays please be aware shipping fees will apply.

Orders over £150 - 1-2 working days.

Orders over £250 free next day.

 

For orders under £150 next day guaranteed delivery can be requested from £7.60 Mon-Fri

Saturday guaranteed - please contact us.
 

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

We have an EXCHANGE  ONLY policy. NO CASH or CREDIT RUFUNDS. Items not suitable can be returned within 14 days. If you do not wish to exchange, a credit note for the value of the item purchased will be sent as soon as we receive the exchanged item. Please note all items must be in resalable condition when requesting a exchange.

Items must be unworn and in condition as purchased. all secure elastics or zip ties must not be removed. If removed your exchange guarantee becomes void.

Items bought from our Pay & Go stations must be tracked mailed back to us for processing. You may also add or email any special requests for your replacement item.
